Surrey Property Awards
APW won the Best Letting Agent Award presented by Surrey Property Awards at the end of 2011 based on obtaining the highest number of public votes.
The Surrey Property Awards was a glittering affair hosted by the WSA (West Surrey Association of Surveyors, Auctioneers & Estate Agents), attended by over 300 industry experts including Sales Agents, Letting Agents, Solicitors, Developers, Financial Advisers, Relocation Agents and the Press. Bill Beaumont, ex England Rugby Captain, British Lions and Question of Sport team captain was there to congratulate the winners and to give an entertaining after dinner speech.

A number of top flight agents went head to head to win the coveted awards. Out of a total circa 1500 public votes generated by all contenders across all categories APW scooped the Best Letting Agent award with over 20% of the total votes. Estate Agency of the Year Awards
At the end of 2008, APW won the coveted award of BEST UK LETTINGS ~ the overall winner of the Lettings category, covering small, medium and large estate and lettings agents throughout the United Kingdom, as well as the Gold Award for Best Lettings Agent in its category of Medium Sized Agents.
The judges of the awards found that "APW's methods of operating were unique and that APW stood head and shoulders above the rest." This was a very satisfying outcome for APW, particularly in such challenging times when the country was in recession and getting results for its clients were of paramount importance.
