Tenancy Termination

When the tenancy ends, and should you wish to regain possession of your property, we will arrange to serve the correct notice under the current legislation.

Should you wish to re-let your property we can arrange to re-market it as soon as you, or your tenant, decides to bring the tenancy to an end. We will visit the property and advise on current market trends in respect of the rental value. We can also advise on any works that may be required to present the property in the best possible way.

Alternatively, if you decide to sell the property, we can liaise with local estate agents to obtain a favourable price and fee structure.

Check Out Procedures

We will advise your tenant of their obligations at the end of the tenancy. This will include having the property professionally cleaned and advising us of the names and account numbers of the relevant utility companies.

We will then arrange for an Inventory Clerk to attend the property with the tenant to check out the inventory and provide a report. This report will be used to assess any deductions, which may be necessary from the deposit monies. Only once the deductions are agreed, will we return the balance from the deposit to the tenant.
