We specialise in, and focus 100% on, the lettings market. Each member of the friendly and informative APW team has lived or worked in the counties in which they operate for several years – affording them extensive local knowledge and in-depth understanding of the market place.

We are members of ARLA (the Association of Residential Lettings Agents), which is the recognised professional self-regulating body for the industry and we have an ARLA Licensed member of staff at each APW office.
