APW first opened its doors in Weybridge in April 1986 and has since established itself as a market leader in lettings having helped thousands of clients rent their properties in Surrey and Berkshire.

Our philosophy today is the same as years past. We put the customer first and aim to deliver a world class level of service to set us apart from our peers in the industry.

Our company is client driven which means that the quality of every aspect of our business is constantly improved to offer the ultimate service to our customers. We recognise that every Landlord and Tenant is different, each with their key set of requirements.

We are members of ARLA (the Association of Residential Lettings Agents), which is the recognised professional self-regulating body for the industry and we have an ARLA Licensed member of staff at each APW office.

We are also members of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme).
